PC Randomly Restarting?

Hi,
So I built my pc around the start of September. I recently installed Skyrim on my ssd and modded it with around 120 mods. Now it seems when I play it, the entire pc just randomly restarts every once and a while.
It's really annoying, and I've stress tested my cpu and monitored the temperatures, which didn't exceed 72 degrees on a very high stress level. I also posted on Reddit, to /r/buildapc, and someone read my dump files. They said "I've analyzed the mini dumps. All of them are graphics related, and unfortunately 3 of them are 0x116 with 0xC000009A in the third parameter. In my experience this almost always means the GPU/graphics card is broken and needs to be replaced." Said dump files are here http://www.mediafire.com/download/uipnp60t6i6myof
Can anyone help me here? I am really hoping I don't have to replace my gpu. Thanks.

Does this only happen in Skyrim?

Do you have another game to test out? A game shouldn't reboot your PC though. I know when I've had random restarts it was a bad memory stick, gpu, or PSU.

This has only happened with Skyrim. It hasn't happened with any other games.

I would have to guess that 1 mod is causing this to happen.

Did you run BOSS and review its findings?

I ran Boss, but my NMM is kind of bugged out, so I'm going to try redownload the mods. I do remember there being a few errors though.

Yeah, whatever mods have errors- remove those... test and then add one by one after that.

Normally I would say yes, however SKYRIM mods are not all made by professionals!

If it happens with other games and benchmark tests I would say yes, possible hardware issue.
