Question Pc randomly restarting

My brand new pc keeps restarting randomly. There is no pattern as to when it does it, but there are some common things that trigger it, such as loading into a game of valorant and running speed tests. I have tried almost anything you can think of including reinstalling windows 3 times, updating bios, trying windows 11, reseating ram, swapping ram positions, etc. Nothing has worked. Please help!

OK, first of all did you assemble this PC yourself or did you buy it pre-assembled?
Is your CPU overclocked ? What are your specs anyways?
Is there a pattern in the sense that your PC restarts whenever you are using an intensive program (CPU issue), or are there more intensive programs which work and do not restart your PC?

I built myself. I would consider myself pretty experienced as this is my 7th build and I have built much more complicated builds such as full hard tube watercooling loops. The specs are 5600x, EVGA rtx 3080 ftw3, 16gb Corsair ram, 1tb 980 pro, 750w Corsair psu. I turned all overclocks off. The system temps are very low, so it’s not temp related. It always crashes when I load into a game, but it will also crash even when I’m sitting on the log in screen, or desktop with nothing open.
