PC randomly restarts, every few days.

Specs:
CPU: A10 7700k stock cooler, no overclock
GPU: gt 1030
Motherboard: gigabyte f2a88xm-d2s
PSU: EVGA 450b
RAM: 2x4Gb HyperX memory
Storage: 1Tb wd blue

Few weeks ago I fresh installed windows 10 home on my pc and every now and then it randomly shuts off, same way as if I were to hold down the power button for a few seconds, but after that it turns back on. It happens randomly even when the computer is idle,
I can run my pc on 90% load for hours and this doesn't happen.

In windows everything is detected and all the latest drivers are installed.
My temps are fine, psu seems fine since i can go full load and it has no problem.

If anyone has any idea as to why this could occur please help.
It doesnt really matter but its just annoying to have my pc randomly restart.

Try going to Update & Security > Windows Update and then click the Advanced options button.Switch the setting to “Notify to schedule restart.”
