PC randomly restarts on Youtube

My problem (Sorry if this is the wrong area for this) is for the past week or two my computer will restart when watching Youtube videos. Sometimes I can go a day without it happening sometimes it can happen 3 times a day. Whenever it does happen, the image on the screen stays for a second and whatever sound is being played repeats. Turn off the hardware acceleration in flash it may help solve your problem.
