[SOLVED] PC randomly restarts, whatever I may be doing

A few days ago my PC was restarting by itself. No BSoD, no warning, nothing. Just a complete power off and starting back up on it s own. I changed my PSU a month ago to a 600W 80+ Bronze, ran a diagnosis individually on my RAM sticks and also updated my mono BIOS.Unplugged and reconnected all my cables, thoroughly looking for any visible issue but it was all good.
Mu specs are:
i7 8700
ASUS Strix RTX 2060
16 GB Ballistix White 2x8 (2666)
ASRock B360M HDV
nJoy 600w bronze (100% sure you haven t heard of this brand but it is really popular in my country)

Look at this thread for the PSU. Seems like it's a very low quality PSU not tested anywhere.

Question - PSU killed my GPU

So recently my 7 years old cheapo 500W PSU died, and it brought down my GPU with it. My GPU is already out of warranty, so I've been thinking to do the oven trick to bring it back temporarily, but I'm not certain that it will work for my situation. Is it worth a try, or should I just leave it?
