Some time ago i removed the gpu card, unistalled driver and put the vga cable onboard, the motherboard has onboard video and still crashed.
Flashed bios, tried everything in bios like disable anti surge, c6 state and other things.
Replaced the motherboard with a new one same model, still crash, replaced ram with one stick 8gb kingston hyper fury, still crash.
Is it the psu or cpu ?
Please help.

Try a different psu, beg borrow one :) oh and ram with mixed timings is never healthy

Mixing DRAM - EVEN 2 SETS OF THE SAME EXACT MODEL - can be and often is problematic, mixing as you are proposing is even worse than mixing the similar - while they might play, there's no guarantee, and if they do the DRAM will be out of balance prob running the bulk in dual channel and a smaller chunk in single channel -
