I recently build a system and had random restarts ever since. I tried a few things and I guess it's a CPU / Memory clock problem.
At first I had my RAM frequency set to 2666 MHz and had a few shutdowns while gaming. Then I turned on an XMP-Profile and my PC shut down fairly soon after booting Windows.
I played around with frequencys and timings but nothing seemed to work so I randomly turned on the MSI Gaming Boost option, which basically automatically overclocks your CPU (Don't know the specific function). After that my PC kept running flawlessly but I don't really want to overclock my system, so I have to find the problem. I am no expert and wondered if someone could please help me.
RAM: 2 x 8Gb DDR4-3600
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
Motherboard: MSI MAG B550M BAZOOKA
