My PC randomly restarts.
It gives no error code to understand what happened, review of the problem history says that "Windows was not properly shut down". The power supply is stable. Neither the CPU nor the GPU is overheating.

What didn't help:
Format of SSD and OS reinstallment;
PSU replacement;
GPU replacement;
Cables replacement;
Testing every RAM unit separately;

What did help (temporarily):
Changing CPU and RAM voltage in BIOS.

I had the same problem before and after reading this forum, I figured out, that my voltages were not optimal for my hardware and I changed it manually. It DID HELP for almost a year. Now voltage settings are the same and now the problem is back. It always starts from having one to two restarts per week and gradually becomes multiple restarts per day. It used to be so bad, that sometimes I didn't have time to apply changes in BIOS between restarts. Funny thing, last time this problem accrued LITERALLY in the period of the same week a year ago.

You say the power supply is stable. Can you share your readouts from your load tester and oscilloscope?

What was the PSU *before* this? The Corsair VS is something you upgrade a build like this *from* not *to*. If you actually had something worse in there before this, it's quite possible that you have component damage.

No, I can't anymore. An electrician came by a year ago, made tests, and said everything was good. Nothing really changed since that. I didn't upgrade from VS, I just used my friend's PSU for some time to see if the problem stays. It was pretty much the same unit.
