Question PC randomly shut down and no longer shows signs of power

I Built my PC 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly fine until last night while I was gaming and it randomly shut off and would not power on. Today I tried to remove the PSU and test it with the included self tester but I was unable to unplug the motherboard cable from the motherboard, the board was bending and I was afraid it would get damaged if I continued. So instead I reseated the ram modules and also made sure all cables were connected properly and tried powering on again. Still no signs of power though. Any help would be appreciated. L

If it's not the power , most likely board failure.

I managed to get the MB cable out and tested the PSU and it's the problem. I hope it didn't damage anything though.

The 24 pin was inserted, so it will come out.....and the next step will be ruling out the PSU by trying a known good one, this one will need removing.

Rock the connector from side to side, and fore and aft when pulling, and, make sure the little clip retention thing is depressed....
