Question PC randomly shut down now will not reboot

Hi so i have had my pc for couple of years never had any problems before with it, then i updated the new nvidia driver update and within a hour after installing the GPU update the pc turned itself off mid game. When i go to reboot the PC the CPU fan and the GPU fan go to spin then suddenly stop and does not continue to boot up, I took out the GPU and tested the PC without it and it boots up but my motherboard does not have a video out so i can not put it on the screen to check anything on the PC witch is a pain but my thoughts are the drivers messed something up with the GPU??

Spec off the top of my head
GPU: GTX 780 ti
PSU: corsair cx750
Ram DDR3 16gig
kingston ssd 120
hhd 1tb

Maybe. What happens if you try to start the computer while GPU inserted? Sounds? Screen?
