This has happened once before about a month after I got it. I just kept retrying until it finally worked and it was good for a long time up until yesterday.
When I try to power it on, the lights come on and fans spin once, then it just turns right back off. If I try to power it on again, nothing happens until I unplug the power cable and plug it back into the surge protector.
Things I have tried:
- power cycle
- Different surge protector.
- Different part of the house
- Removing cmos and holding power button for 30 seconds
- New cmos
- checking loose connections
- Trial and error, removing peripherals one at a time.
PC is fairly new got it during black friday last year so I don't know what's going on here. With the corona stuff going on none of my local repair places are open. I'm willing to try anything but i'm definitely no expert on the matter. Any help is appreciated.
