PC randomly shut off and rebooted.

So i'm listening to music and out of nowhere the music stops, my speaker makes a loud BEEEEEEP and the computer shuts off. The power light never went completely off though. It's as if it restarted without any warning. The pc is known to sporadically go "beep" one time randomly. Happens maybe once every few days. Been checking the temperatures and all the fans are working. Changed out the power supply for the third time, although the one I have now isn't so good.

here's my build https://pcpartpicker.com/user/punkparts/builds/#view=Wmf7YJ

The only difference is now i'm using an insignia power supply from best buy... The room the pc is in tends to get outages sometimes. So i'm plugged into a UPS with a backup battery which i've made sure can support the voltage load of my pc. I also made sure I got the right voltage power supply but i'll have to open it up and post it here again. I'm thinking of getting a quality power supply just to be safe. This has been a great pc otherwise. And honestly these insignia power supplies make me nervous. They're loud and cheap.

I need to know what steps I should first take to diagnose this problem. If not I may consider taking it to a PC shop so a specialist can take a look. I'm just so damn broke.

Solution
Hello... there are alot electrical connections in a computer...
1) Try another Power Supply cable to your PS too?
2) I would first clean all card inputs/connections with 'rubbing alcohol'
3) Then make sure they are properly seated in the MB slots.
4) Verify you don't have a CPU or GPU going over temperature... HWmonitor.
5) Verify you have good electrical connections to the room you are using it in... or try it in another room with known good power.

Thank you for the advice. I'm gonna open up the pc, unplug the memory and gpu, then put them back in. I'm wondering if something came loose. I'm afraid to install anything now in fear it'll happen again and cause damage.

A interesting coincidence. This happened right as I dragged a large number of video clips into windows movie maker.... Could it be that this caused the issue? My power supply stayed on the entire time as well as the other lights in my room.
