Question PC randomly shut off during game and won't turn back on

Tuesday evening, my son's computer just shut off completely as he was playing Rocket League (not sure if it matters what he was doing but in case the information is needed, I want to provide it). Since then, the computer will not turn on at all. When you press the power button, the light on the button and one behind one of the front fans flashes on for a split second but that is it. The computer is relatively new as we had it custom built earlier this year and got it a month ago.

Motherboard: MAG B550 TORPEDO
Processor: Ryzen™ 5 3600
PSU: EVGA 650 BQ, 80 PLUS Bronze 650W

i know it seems simple but unplug it from the wall or back of the PC and hold down the power button for 30 seconds to a minute and the plug back in and see if it will power back up

We tried that and it did not work. Even tried plugging it into other outlets.
