Hi! I'm having random turn offs/blue screens only during boot (before windows login screen) happens 3-5 times a week. PC is totally fine when I'm past the login screen even during gaming for multiple hours. The usual blue screen I get is the one with ntoskrnl.exe. I tried checking my RAM with memtest86, 4 passes all okay. I tried chkdsk, crystal disk info for my SSD, all okay no bad sectors. I also have the latest BIOS and drivers for my motherboard. So I don't know if this is a PSU problem. Please help me my computer is really new.

Btw, I'm using a 3 month old computer with these specs.
Ryzen 3 3300x
Zotac GTX 1650 super
16 gb 3200mhz Gskill Ripjaws V
MSI B450m pro m2 max
Crucial 500gb mx500
Bequiet system power u9 600W

Welcome to the forums!

The problem is it's not the ntoskrnl that's the problem, we'd need to know what bugcheck (BSOD code) you are getting.

So I don't know if this is a PSU problem.
It could be, the only effective way to test is to replace the PSU with a known working good quality unit and see if the issue persists.

Did you build this PC yourself?
