Question PC randomly shuts down after every gaming session ?

hi my pc :

Motherboard: ROG MAXIMUS X HERO
CPU: i7-8700k
GPU: GEFORCE RTX 2080 TI
RAM: G.SKILL TRIDENTZ @ 2133 MHz
PSU: EVGA 850 T2
Storage 1: 500GB pci 3.0 NVMe SSD dont remember brand .
Storage 2: CRUCIAL 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD in enclosure connected via usb type C with COD MW3 installed.
OS: Windows 10 Pro


Yes i play COD MW3 game from external storage . cod mw 2 on steam only one game installed on drive /how it goes after one game multiplayer pc reboots i try use different slots on memory try only two stics of memory plays little longer but still reboots .nothing was changed played before with same set up for hours .one day started happening .strangely i play bf V whole day on ultra no problem .game on diferent ssd .sry english is not my native language .thanks for reading hope your brain decodes my terrible English.

How are you cooling that processor? What sort of temps do you see? BIOS version for your motherboard? You might want to move your games on a drive that's hooked to the board's chipset/CPU itself, as opposed to the USB and see if the issue persists.

How old is your PSU?

yes i just did moved ssd on motherboard .for some reason i can play longer like 6,7 games before just 1.BIOS version: 0802.psu maybe 4-7 year old. thank you !

for some reason my cheap is hot shows PCH 112 F when gaming how you cooling it down my case is open.thank you
