my pc randomly gives no signal output but still has power and every device connected to the pc turns off as well. if i hold down the power button the system won't shut down and i have to shut it down by unplugging it. the cpu temps are around 42 degrees celcius at idle. the gpu temps at idle are around 35 degrees celcius. can anyone help me pls.

my pc specs are:
amd ryzen 7 2700x
asus prime x470-pro
nvidia gtx 1070 ti
16 gb ddr4 ram vengeance from corsair at 2400mhz
650w PSU from sseasonic 80plus gold
noctua cpu cooler

One off your components must be failing if the temps are good then they wont shut down your computer but this happened to me last year pc kept on shutting down in middle off things but found out that PSU and new ram did not do the trick and secend replace the MB it stopped doing randomly shut downs!

Everything that is brand new should be working but i would get PSU to see if its bringing enough power to your computer because the only thing i know about pc shutting down ramdonly is that it could be something failing because my MB did this to me last year!
