Question Pc randomly shuts off

So my pc randomly shuts down and I don't know what is wrong with it.
Here are my specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
16gb 2666 mhz oc to 2933
Gtx 1070
msi a320m a-pro

my temps are around 70-80 for cpu while 60 max for gpu

It's an evga 450w
Is it the reason? My brother recommended me to upgrade, but i don't have any money right now
