Hello,

I've been getting this problem for few weeks now, my PC just shuts down doing random stuff gaming or surfing... But it's not common, it's like twice a week maybe, 3 times max. Just a few minutes ago it shut down while I was surfing, no shutting down screen or anything, just shut down and starts itself again. I just recently upgraded mobo and cpu, before the upgrade it wasn't happening. Temps are: GPU - idle: 37-40(now it's hot here so it idles at 39-40C but when it's colder it drops to 37-38C) and when I'm gaming it's around 60C, CPU is idling around 35-39, it can idle even lower as I sad it's so hot here right now and when gaming around 50C. PSU is XFX Core Edition 550w and GPU is VTX3D HD 6770, it's around 1.5, 2 years old, maybe it's dying?

What cpu, mobo, OC?

Take a look in windows/administrative tools/event viewer. Look for critical errors, they are usually the cause of shutdowns if temps are good. Anything under cpu-70 and gpu-80 is acceptable range. Also, is the pc water cooled or air cooled.

Huh weird. It happened today but before that, last shutdown was 2 weeks ago as i remember while i was playing csgo. I checked the time of the error and its almost 40 minutes later than it actually happened?
