Hey guys I have a problem,

my PC shuts down (and reboots) at fully random intervals with no connection to anything.
It happens around 3 times a day, while I'm playing and when it's idle too. It just completely powers off.
First, I thought it was the PSU that was doing it, and I replaced it, but it didn't fix.
Then I replaced the RAMs too but same result.
I reinstalled my PC several times, I have tried some random versions (Revios,Atlas), tried installing ALL the drivers, and uninstalling them, did not fix it either of those.
It can shut down 5 minutes after I turn on my computer or when I just watch Youtube, so I don't think it has too much deal with the PSU or heat (the temps are normal i think). It is completely random and I don't understand it.

My specs are:
Intel i7-8700 @ 3.20Ghz but it mostly runs on 4.29Ghz (~37 °C idle || ~5 years old || thermal paste was changed 2 years ago)
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660 (~38 °C idle || ~ 3 years old)
TUF B360M-Plus Gaming (TZ00 ~27.8°C, Mainboard ~33°C || ~5 years old)
Some random Coolermaster watercooling
2 Kingston SSDs
(In the PSU I'm not sure but >700W and gold certified or whatever so I think it's enough)

If you absolutely disregard issue being temps or PSU, then only option is malware.

Given that how less you know about your PSU and think little of it, i'd say it's PSU issue.

Following is very important:
PSU make and model (or part number) is? Also, how old the PSU is, and was the PSU bought new or used/refurbished?

Pull the GTX 1660 from the system (thus considerably lowering the load on PSU), plug your monitor to MoBo and look if issues go away.

If they do, issue is either GPU or PSU.
If not, issue is somewhere with: CPU, MoBo, RAM, PSU.

What makes you think your PSU is enough? Because there are virtually NO 700w power supplies that are any good. 650w yes, 750w yes, 700w I do not know of any decent ones.

There are actually few, when you have in-depth knowledge of PSUs. One of the best (if not the best) 700W ones is Seasonic PRIME Fanless TX-700,
specs: https://seasonic.com/prime-fanless-tx/

80+ Titanium
12 years of warranty
0 dB(A) noise
Can't get any better than that.

But chances that OP bought it are slim to none.

I'll ask again:
PSU make and model (or part number) is?
If you do not know it's make/model, make a pic of it's label, where the rail output is seen and upload the said image to: www.imgur.com afterwards, share the image here.

Good info. It's somewhat the exception rather than the rule though because as you correctly point out, chances that the OP has got this one are slim to none.

Will be very entertaining if the OP comes back and actually has this one :ROFLMAO:
