Question PC Randomly shutting off then mobo lights not turning on normally

Context: I have a ROG B550-a as my mobo. The lights on it read
Dram - Red Light
Cpu- Orange Light
VGA - White Light
Boot - Green light
Over the last month or so my pc has been randomly shutting down for no discernible reason and after it shuts down rather than the mobo lights turning on one at a time and then the pc booting. The Dram light turns on then the cpu light does and then the cpu light turns off and the pattern loops. After a while the vga light will turn on and just stay on with nothing being displayed on the monitor. Any help?

Update: When it does boot it almost always does into recovery mode.

since you can boot a pc with just a motherboard.
what the full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

That reads out like a PSU problem. Very likely that the PSU is faulty or failing. As stated by my colleague above, please include your full system's specs.

From what I can remember this is the list.
ROG Strix B550-a
Radeon Sapphire RX6700-xt
16Gb ddr4 ram forgot the model
Ryzen 7 5800x
PSU is Corsair RM 750x in white.
