PC randomly shutting off.

(Im a novice/begginner, I have only a basic solid understanding of most hardware/software subjects) This is my first p.c. i built by myself. I've been doing research and the consensus is that when a computer shuts off randomly, likely cause is a cpu or psu is overheating. Of course i don't know for sure, but this strangley doesnt seem to be the case from what i can tell. My p.c. will go sometimes for days/weeks with being able to run fine for an hour+; then suddenly, for about a week or so, my p.c. will shut off after 5-10 minutes, sometimes a few seconds of being on. I've entered bios to monitor my cpu which shows 28c before shutting off. To solve i usually just reset all the connections and CMOS in the case but its seemingly only temporary fix. The psu fans seem to be running fine before it shuts off too, i dont feel any heat on it either (not sure if you would be abke to feel the heat of an overheating psu). Thanks in advance.

Edit: the reason i dont think its the psu, the fans and light in the case still run after it shuts off. I have to hard reset the computer (the switch on the back of the case) to turn it off. Power and restart button on the case dont work (could hold for 1 min+)

Hardware:
CPU-AMD Ryzen 5 1600x 3.6ghz 6-core.
PSU-Corsair RMX (full modular) 750w 80+ gold.
Mobo-X370 DDR4 msi gaming plus
Ram - g.skill ripjaws 16gb
Hd- seagate barracuda 2tb

So i ran the diagnostic, and it wanted to restart to do so. After restarting, it shut off again and now it won't boot. The msi ez debug lights (cpu, psu, boot, etc) dont light up, my keyboard and mouse dont power up, and the gpu fan isnt running but the lights, fans, and heatsink fan are all running. Kinda at a loss... should i try resetting the components or am i digging myself down further?
