Question PC randomly turned off and now has issues

My Pc randomly turned off, it would not boot. After replacing the memory, motherboard and power supply it now boots but powers on and off multiple times before booting up. It will turn on for a few seconds, then turn off, which repeats 3-5 times.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

Could be several things.

1. Check if its the issue with the CPU or GPU(what is the CPU and GPU and mention the specs).
2. Try a different PSU.
3. Check if the motherboard bios works properly( go to the motherboard bios).
4. Connect all the power cables properly to the motherboard. Could be loose connection.
5. Try with different ram DIMM slots and use one ram. Refer to the motherboard manual which DIMM to connect to first.

If all else fails. File for RMA.
