Question pc randomly turning off please help

hi ,

my pc keeps turning off randomly my pc only has 1 fan although my temps seem to be fine but 3 times today it's randomly turned off and when it does it just restarts and put me on the windows screen
i have tried to take off front panel in order to increase air flow but it dosen't help at all
im so confused and really need help


i have an i5 9600k and 1660 super 16gb of ram
CORSAIR 550W CV SERIES™ CV-550 POWER SUPPLY

So you do nothing and your pc just restarts - correct?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information:

Motherboard:
GPU:
Drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

PSU - noted. New, used, refurbished? Age, condition. Heavy use for gaming, video editing, or even mining?

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Check by sight and feel that all cards, connectors, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

Look for signs of damage: kinked/pinched wires, bare conductor showing, blackened or browned components,

After your next successful boot look in Reliability History for any error codes or other entries that correspond with the turn-offs and/or restarts.
