[SOLVED] PC randomly turns off and screens flickers

My friends PC has recently been acting weird. He has a new PSU, his temps are high, new drivers, and no missing files. The screens would flicker and the computer would crash.
His specs:

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700xt
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x (overclocked to 4.05ghz)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 16gb 3000mhz
Case: a Razer case I don't know the name
PSU: Corsair RM 650
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550-AAC
SSD: Lexar 1TB

He recently installed new fans at exhaust and that brought the GPU temp from 61c to 57c on idle
