PC randomly turns off but cabinet power light stays on.

While randomly using the computer, it turns itself off but the power button light remains on but total silence inside the cabinet.
Temperature observed before the last random shutdown for CPU was 41 degree Celsius and for GPU was 49 degree Celsius.
And trying to restart pressing the power button on the cabinet it had no effect the light remained on and pulling the plug and restarting results of no use only the cabinet light turns on,the CPU fan looks like it will run but then stops suddenly, after a few hours when I attempted to turn on the PC it booted without any problems and ran comfortably for an hour or two while I was using it and then it suddenly turn off by itself with the cabinet. Took it to the local computer store and they said they tested and had the pc running for 5-6 hours while they used it and never did they have a episode of it randomly shutting down.

It sure looks like powering problem, like PSU was overheating. Can you test it with another PSU?
