Hello dear fellas,

I bought a PC from and having a little problem with it. Problem appears while not playing games. Problem appears when watching youtube or typing in notepad or chatting in discord while browsing steam.

Problem description:

Voicechat in discord. Display turns off but I can still hear my friends and they can hear me for 3-4 seconds, then they cannot hear me, but I can hear them, then restart. So, display turn off first, then pc some seconds later.
What I did try:
Different power socket (could be a whole line issue?), removing 1 stick of ram. Reinstall OS, DDU, memtest - all good. Benchmarks: Prime95, OCCT, Heaven, Cinebench, 3D Mark - no crashes. No overheating, in Windowns, CPU stays at 40 and gpu at 30s.
Wrote to the company that sold me the PC. PC was picked up. GPU replaced, memory replaced. They tested it and it worked fine. PC came back, I opened EventViewer and there was no crashes last 14 days for them.
PC Spec:
11400f
3080
32gb 3000mhz Ram.
2x1tb SSD drive.

EventViewer shows Kernel-Power issues.

Appreciate any recommendation.

pretty strange
1-make sure you did not forgot to install GPU power connection
generally power issue would manifest when you you use heavy gaming or rendering not YouTube browsing

2-if the RAM loosely installed any small physical bump to the chassis cause the PC to shutdown

3-use different monitor and then different GPU to see if the problem persist

4-generate Power report and post it here in CMD C:\WINDOWS\system32\energy-report.html.

5-share your PSU wattage

Hey there, thank you for answering.
1,2 - checked and removed both GPU and RAM from their sockets and did put them back.
3 - will do! Thank you.
5 - also replying to @Phillip Corcoran : CORSAIR 750W TXm SERIES™ SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD

Thank you!

Posting energy report. Sorry for the delay (so sorry if file should've been attached, couldn't find a button):

Platform Power Management Capabilities:Supported Sleep States
Sleep states allow the computer to enter low-power modes after a period of inactivity. The S3 sleep state is the default sleep state for Windows platforms. The S3 sleep state consumes only enough power to preserve memory contents and allow the computer to resume working quickly. Very few platforms support the S1 or S2 Sleep states.

Platform Power Management Capabilities:Connected Standby Support
Connected standby allows the computer to enter a low-power mode in which it is always on and connected. If supported, connected standby is used instead of system sleep states.
