PC re boots on seconds of start-up! Any help appreciated!

Hello! Thanks for taking some interest with my problem.

I don't not have the installation disc at this time (I know)

My computer reboots on a few seconds on start-up, I might be able to get to the bios if there is a fix in it.

Please ask any questions and please suggest anything that can help!

Hi, If able to enter the BIOS, can you check the CPU temperatures?

Ok, sorry for the late reply but I have some data.

After 30mins or so it will be on for a few mins before turning off
Next I turn it on again and the time is shorter and soo on

I have reset the bios to default and can't get much further.
And sorry my bios cannot check the temps of the CPU.

It looks like a heating issue. I suggest reinstalling the CPU heatsink. Clean the old paste and reapply new one.

I don't seem to have any more thermal paste, Do I need it?

I will re-install the heat sink and will update my progress
