Question PC really slow and unresponsive when i play games (And sometimes when i don't)

My PC in general becomes really slow whenever i'm playing videogames and at times when i don't, like windows will stop responding, will take minutes for me to be able to click something or even minimize or expand a window, and specially discord that whenever i play games it takes forever to load profile pictures, images and emotes, like this: https://fume.feen.us/wyjyi82yt9.png
(It actually struggled like that as i wrote this thread with no games open)

Since this is my first time posting i wasn't sure about what info to post so i used the system information from steam to get my specs:

I downloaded Core Temp and looked at it as i played and everything and it doesn't seem to go past 60°C, so i don't think it's overheating, Driver Booster too to see if it had to do with any of that, didn't seem to fix the problem after updating everything.
I usually have discord, steam and firefox always open (only about 2 or 3 tabs on the browser normally) and none of them start on startup, i open them manually afterwards.
Could it be a virus or malware of some kind? Do i gotta open up my CPU and dust the hell out of it? Been trying for a while and existing thread don't seem to help, i didn't have these problems before and i'm not sure if i did something for it to change like that.

Download and run Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Quarantine and delete everything it finds - that will likely include Driver Booster; you shouldn't be using that anyway - update Windows and other drivers yourself.

Are you not doing that on the regular? You should be... but since nothing appears to be overheating, that likely won't fix the current problem.

Alright I'll try that as soon as i get back to my PC.
And yeah been slacking a bit on that front, even though i don't have any overheating problems I'll definitely get to it, thank you very much!
I'll try to make some updates afterwards if it works out or not.

Somehow it seems like as soon as the download finishes the file is gone and firefox downloads says "File moved or missing", so there might definitely be something messing with my PC, not sure how i'll be able to actually install adwcleaner with the file being deleted as soon as it downloads though.
Edit: I just used the basic Malwarebytes to quarantine and delete everything it found, maybe that'll do the trick?
Edit 2: After doing that (About 180 quarantined and deleted) and restarting my PC i managed to actually run adwcleaner so that's a thing

If your computer is this infected with malware/viruses, it would make far more sense to simply fully wipe the OS drive and do a full, fresh install of Windows. Given the level of infection, simply trying to run malware removal is a bit like trying to rescue a sandwich that you dropped in the cat litter box. Just make a new sandwich.

Yeah i thought about doing that, nothing could work better than a full on wipe, if everything i just did doesn't work i'll probably just do that, i'm sure it'll solve many other problems aside from this one if it's not solved.
