PC really slow while gaming

Hello,

My pc is getting really slow for some reason with really simple games like league of legends,ets2 and even oldschool runescape.
my specs are:
amd fx-8320
msi geforce gtx 960 4gb
16gb memory
2 ssd's
mb: msi 970

my motherboard temps: http://prntscr.com/lncoc3
my TMPIN 2,3 and 4 are 240 degrees this can never be good right?
what will i need to do to fix this?

Your showing your CPU temps with no load on it. Run OCCT and check the temp.
