Question PC Reboot in game

Posted before, but my PC reboots (at this point not only in games, but even in google chrome ?) It started when my PSU exploded. I tried everything. I changed my RAM, I changed my PSU (in to a more powerful 650w) and my motherboard just now. Nothing. The only things left are my GPU or my CPU? Overheating isn't a problem either. It's some sort of a voltage problem I'm guessing? Please help me I am about to give up on <Mod Edit>...been like this for months
