Hello, I’ve been having this issue for about a month now. Whenever i restart my pc, only one of the 2 ram sticks would light up, and the MOBO would have an orange LED light. I tested the ram sticks on single channels each and swapped them around, found out one of it couldnt restart during single channel. So i had it replaced via warranty claim.

Just received the replaced sticks and tried plugging it in but am still facing the same issues. I’ve done the same testing as previously but this time did not have any issues while on single channel.

Anyone has any idea what should i do now? Kinda frustrated at this issue. I’ve updated my BIOS to latest version, tried to enable/disable memory context restore, but still to no avail.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙁

I’ve updated my BIOS to latest version
For the sake of relevance, please state what BIOS version you're on for your motherboard. Did you clear the CMOS after verifying your BIOS was successfully flashed to the latest version?

Rams in slots A2 and B2?

What happens if you switch off XMP and allow the speed to drop down to 4800MT/s JEDEC default?

Have you run MemTest86 (full test lasting several hours)? Run again if you change RAM speed.
https://www.memtest86.com/

Memory problems can be a combination of bad RAM, bad DIMM slot or bad CPU IMC channel (bent pins in CPU socket, bad CPU, bad pcb traces).

MemTest86 should reveal potential problems, but not necessarily the cause.

I have disabled both expo and xmp, default speed is at 4800. Still facing same issue.

I have not ran a memtest yet. Will do that and share the results
