Question PC reboot on game launch

Recently my pc has been rebooting after launching or playing a game shortly. I have reinstalled my drivers twice, clean booted multiple times and the issue keeps reappearing. The same issue happens when I stress test my GPU with FurMark on a clean boot. It instantly crashes when I launch the test at anything higher than 960x540. I can run the test at 960x540 most of the times and had 0 reboots with a lower resolution than that. My GPU seems fine and temps never get out of control. I figured it would be a PSU problem but I don't know how to be sure about that and how to fix it.

MOBO: asus rog strix b350-f gaming
CPU: ryzen 5 1600
RAM: 2x4gb hyperx fury 2133mhz
GPU: asus rog strix gtx 1060 o6g
PSU: corsair cx550m
SSD: kingston 240gb m.2
HDD: wd blue 1tb

IMO, it's a PSU issue. You should NOT attempt to "fix" a malfunctioning PSU as it can kill you if you are not a seasoned professional or just dumb:

You should buy a new PSU to replace your old one.
