My gtx 980 ti restarts my pc when the gpu is stressed. Tested in another pc and same problem ( is not psu related ). Temps are good.
I can play less demanding games like World of Tanks and Team Fortress 2 ( no issue) , but when I try PUBG or 3DMARK the pc reboots in few seconds .
I replaced the card with my old gtx 660 for a few days and cleaned the gtx 980 ti .
After I installed it again for few hours I had no problem ( I runned 3dmark and played some games ,no reboot ) , but now the probem is back .... reboot or sometimes black screen in 3dmark . I downclocked the card and decreased the power limit and I was able to run 3dmark firestrike , but just after about a hour the card was again unstable.
I wonder why it was stable for few hours after I cleaned it and haven't used it for few days?
Is the card defective ? Maybe capacitors ?
