Hello!
I have a gtx 980 ti and my pc will restart under load .
My psu is seasonic s12ii 620w.

WhoCrashed gave me these reports :

What could be the cause?

Solution
normally I only look at memory dumps. I would reinstall the NVidia GPU drivers directly from NVidia. windows update may have updated the base driver with out updating the GPU audio driver.
(indicated by the driver path to the driverstore)
------------
error code: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000009a (3221225626) - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

update the motherboard drivers (for audio and lan)
old bugs in audio drivers can crash the GPU audio driver and cause the GPU to stop responding.
bugs in old lan drivers can break virus scanners and NVidia shadowplay and cause the GPU to not respond within the 2 second time out.

remove any GPU tweak utility
remove any CPU overclock utility

I would also reinstall the gpu driver...

I have tried all these but no luck ( stock clocks) .
I tend to think that this is that the card is faulty .
I have found a way to somewhat make it work again by modding the bios and decreasing voltage and clock .
2nd report was after I unchecked automatically restart from - system failure- startup and recovery -advanced - system properties .... because I was hoping that this would give me a BSOD but nothing just reboot.

Actually this reminds me of when the igp on my apu would act up and I had to waaaaaay downclock the thing for it to work correctly and it turned out to be a cooling problem. The graphics card could be faulty but I wouldn't think it's that yet. I suggest you download crystal disk info and check to see how many bad sectors your main drive has. I've actually had it before where stuff like that would happen because of bad sectors really low in the drives where windows would go when installing.

I would also reinstall the gpu driver directly from NVidia rather than use the Microsoft version you are currently running.

I would check the memory dump for the system up time to see if it is under 15 seconds
(which would indicate the CPU was reset by the motherboard logic)
check all of the power connections to the GPU, you might also underclock the GPU to prevent the rebooting

you might consider reseting the BIOS to defaults or updateing the bios to a current version if it is out of date. this will force the bios to rescan the hardware and reassign hardware resources
