I built this PC about a month ago but have only used it for about a week, before the random rebooting started I had issues getting the ethernet port to function correctly, eventually it popped on and has never stopped working since, but I still have an issue where the bottom right USB port on my motherboard will sometimes not function. The problem does not seem to be related to heat on the CPU nor GPU. I've checked my memory and that seems to be fine as well. Windows is telling me theres been a fatal error on the AMD Northbridge and the Processor Core that could be related to power loss , which leads me to believe the culprit is the Power Supply or the Motherboard, i'm hoping someone can help me get to the bottom of this. I'll list my specs below.

CPU:FX 8320
GPU:Radeon HD 7950
PSU:Lepa N500 (Should be obvious why I suspect this garbage)
MOBO:M5A78L-M LX Plus(FX 8320 Bios Update Installed)
HDD:1TB Drive from an HP Pavillion
RAM:HyperX Fury 8GB 1600 Mhz
Case:Urban S1 (Probably doesn't matter)

Thanks, i'll check this, and my idle temps for my cpu are only around 32-34 degrees C, it gets to around 80 degrees C while gaming but it'll reset while idle anyways. EDIT:How exactly do I check those readings in BIOS?

They all seem to be under the target value, here's a screenshot of HWiNFO

No, the cpu is at stock clocks but seems to be clocking itself up and down at random. The fan's rpm is around 3200. The CPU is only around 23 degrees C right now.
