PC rebooting at random times

This first started about a month ago, where my system turned itself off and rebooted during the Windows loading screen. Afterwards, it just kept on rebooting like every 5 seconds, until I plugged it off the power socket. There was no Windows error message when I turned it back on. First I thought it was just a loose connection with the power cables so I double checked them and then all the restarting problems magically disappeared. But now it's back and looks to be worse. The weird part is that when the system restarts, Windows doesn't give me any error reports at all. Does this mean it's not a software related problem?

Can someone please give me an idea which part in my PC is faulty? It was used for about 10 months, but the PSU about 2 years.

My specs:
Intel i5 4570 CPU
Kingston ValueSelect 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
Gigabyte G1 Sniper B5
MSI GTX 760
WD Blue 1TB HDD
Cooler Master GX 550W Bronze
OS - Windows 8.1 64-bit
