Hey guys having a little issue with a brand new PC when I try to play the stand alone version of dayz the PC reboots, windows event viewer says kernel power error, now the weird part is its happening to two identical PCs bought for Xmas so it would be really weird to have two failing parts on two different PCs. As far as power goes I have been running 3 instances of uniengine valley for an hour with no issues,I can run ultimate in tomb raider with everything including hair fx and 16 xaa,I can run battlefield 4 ultr at 120 fps no issues with any of these but start dayz even in windowed mode and its a reboot automatically and it doesn't even seem to stress anything out, temps are cooler than when I run valley. Specs below any help is appreciated.

I don't have DayZ but it seems you are not alone in your problem. If you do a google search you will see what i mean.
You might want to take a look here- http://steamcommunity.com/app/33930/discussions/1/864961175465159223/

I can't really help in your situation but i am pretty sure it is a software related issue.

Also wanted to add I'm currently running prime95, and furmark with hwmonitor and voltages and temps are stable even with these burnin programs running, can't figure out what that one game is doing to suddenly cause this each time I run it.

Thanks jay,I can't believe software could hard reboot a PC I was sure it was hardware so this is reassuring thanks.
