Pc rebooting without even getting to windows

So I have my pc that is in good state is not that old or anything, suddenly when I try to to turn it on it doesnt even get to windows, just appears the windows logo loading, then appears again (bigger than usual) then it goes black and repeats without end, is this the result of some update or what?

Possibly, but it may be bluescreening and rebooting automatically in the middle of that update. Are you able to get the system into Safe Mode?
