PC reboots after BIOS-screen

I just installed a new motherboard, and now my PC wont boot beyond the BIOS screen at startup.
It's a MSI Z87-G45 board. It came with new RAM and an i5 CPU.

I've tried using both the RAM chips individually, I've tried to reset BIOS by taking out the battery for 2 minutes. Nothing has worked so far. I get no error message on bootup.

Any ideas to what I can try next?

Thanks

Solution
Try tapping F11 at restart and see if able to bring up the boot menu. If not, then I suggest borrowing a DVD drive and trying reinstalling Windows.

I havent tried to boot from anything but HDD. Can't boot from CD since my board doesn't have IDE connection, and I don't have a bootable USB at hand

Boot doesn't get far enough for that. I get bios screen (http://64.183.18.101/faq/images/970raid/msibootscreen.jpg this one) and then it instantly reboots when the boot screen disappears.

BIOS recognizes the HDD though.
I'd expect to at least get an error message or something.

Pretty weird stuff

I can access boot menu, where I get the choice of HDD or enter BIOS. When I choose HDD it reboots as per usual.

Yeah I can try to get a CD, but is it plausible that it will help? Usually when you boot a HDD without an OS you get an error message and the option to shut down the PC. Shouldn't that be the case here too if it's the windows installation which fails?
