Hello.
I have a little trouble. As I said in the title, right after I turn my PC on it turns on, then turns off for a second, then turns on again, normally. On the motherboard boot screen there is a message that says: “power supply surges detected after previous power on. ASUS Anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply unit.”.
It started to happen right after I switched to GTX 1070 a few months ago. I had a GTX 770 before and never got this message and the problem. Also my bios settings reset when this happens, so I try to mostly keep my pc on.
Not sure if I connected my GPU to PSU right, but everything else works good.

My specs:
Asus B85-PLUS
Intel core i5 4570
8x2gb DDR3 1600 MHz Kingston HyperX
Palit GTX 1070
OCZ Fatality 750w champion edition
