PC reboots every 5 seconds

PC was working fine until I decided to put in new thermal paste for CPU note it starts up for 5 second and then restarts
GPU lights pop up but I get nothing on screen
Also the multi BIOS light on mobo won't light up now
Help please

Hopefully no CPU pins were bent during the cooler reinstall.

What CPU, MB, and cooler do you have? You can try reseatting the CPU, also check if you installed your cooler correctly.

Sorry accidental downvote....but yeah....i somehow bent some mobo pins had to go fix those and everything was working fine again
