Hey Guys,
Im new to this, my first post here and im in desperate need of help.

Since approximately mid FEB 2020 my PC has been restarting/rebooting while playing FIFA. This problem has not occurred in any other game or App so far.
Below I will mention my SPECS and all the solutions ive tried so far, also im not technically adept to provide details that any of you may need but if you guide me im sure i can do it.

My Specs:
CPU : i7 6700k (not overclocked)
GPU: GTX 970
Motherboard : MSI Z170A Gaming 5
RAM 16 GB running at 3200 Mhz (XMP)
Windows 10 Pro

Gist Of The Problem: While playing Fifa 20 the game makes my PC reboot/restart without any crash, almost like you restart by pressing the dedicated restart button on the tower or yanking the power cord. No BSOD or Crash to desktop or Error Message. This Happens mostly on Career Mode, has happened a couple of times while playing Online season match.

SOLUTIONS IVE TRIED SO FAR:

  1. CPU stress test using Intel Burn Test showing no problems, crashes or crazy high temps
  2. GPU stress test using fur mark - no problems running around 10 mins, no artifacting, temps around 80-85 degree Celsius max.
  3. RAM test using MEMtest86 - did only one pass tho, no errors
  4. SSD test using crystaldiskmark
  5. Motherboard flashed to latest bios available
  6. Game Repaired, cloud saves deleted and new saves made multiple times
  7. Origin client reinstalled, game reinstalled, even on different SSDs - basically exhausted all solutions provided by EA support.
  8. GPU drivers Reinstalled multiple times.
  9. PC formatted Once, game ran fine for a day, then started crashing again.

At this point my best guess is the windows 10 update has something to do with the reboots, as the first one happened somewhere around the middle or last week of FEb which coincided with a windows update.
After the format that i did on 8th march the game ran fine for almost a day before the automatic updates were installed.
I tried deleting the updates but that did not fix the issue.

Only thing I cant test is the PSU, but given that the reboot is happening only on FIFA and i can play Red Dead Redempation 2 with no problems gives me hope that PSU is not the problem.

Right now im exploring the possibility of formatting again but making sure i disable any updates and stay in the 1909 build that comes in the Windows 10 media creation tool.
im not sure if there is any way to disable updates as soon as i do a clean install, i would appreciate any help or suggestion that i could get from you guys.

I figured if i can find any person with the expertise to tackle this kind of problem it will be here.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Solution
Fixed the issue today,

Turns out my wall supply has fluctuating voltage issue or dirty power and I was on a UPS but that had battery troubles and I was running my pc directly off the wall, I had bought a new UPS but never used it as I was going to shift my pc and didn't want to unbox it yet.
I did some stress tests and my cpu was ok with fine temps
I even did furmark GPU test no problem, but the crash went from fifa to gta V, so I ran unigine heaven benchmark and it crashed too, I read that the crash could be because of power supply issue.
I did some power supply tests that led to crashes, so I was on the verge of buying a new power supply, thank god I decide to do the tests one more time with my pc plugged into the backup and surge...
