PC reboots on cool boot, after teh reboot is just fine

Hi, i been having this kind of problem since today, today i made a clean intall of windows 10 home and when i turned down the PC and left it there i few hours i tried to boot but my PC just stayed in the POST screen and then it turned off and on by itself, after this, it loaded me to windows fine.

I noticed when i made a boot and the PC starts normal my HDD LED in my case flashes during the POST screen, when i make the cool boot the light doesnt flash, i alredy tried make a memtest86 with one memory stick at a time and both at the same time, never finded any error, i also did the windows clean install cuz my PC wasnt getting to windows, it restarted in the windows logo screen, i fixed that by simply doing the clean install of windows, but now i have that issue.

try using hdtune and hard drive vendor test tools see if the drive controller is failing.

i tried this and it doenst detect any error either SMART status shows fine, today i was playing overwatch, and this pc suddenly froze and my keyboard backlights and audio cutted, my screen stayed frozen, when i tried to turn the pc on again after a hard reboot my pc started bootl ooping, i see that every time i took out one stick of RAM, IT DOENST MATTER WHICH ONE, my pc started to windows but now it frozed in the windows logo screen so i had to hard reboot again to get it to windows, when i put both sticks in the machine it start boot looping again, i think that my motherboard is broken but considering that you are a motherboard master i want to hear your opinion

ssd pny 120gb
hdd1 western digital 500gb caviar blue
hdd2 western digital 250gb caviar blue

GPU asus ati hd 7850 2gb

if i remove the first memory stick i get freezes on the windows loading screen and if i remove the second memory stick i got freezes on the POST screen
