Question PC reboots playing all games, PLZ HELP

hi guys,

i have a pretty weird issue where my pc would reboot playing EVERY game.

ive been doing all sorts of stress test bench marks even cpu and gpu stress test at the same time 100% usage no issue what so ever
i unplugged everything cleaned every thing Windows fresh install, fresh installed all drivers

but when it gets to game it just reboots PLZ HELP

cpu: intel core i7 4770k 3.5ghz
mobo : msi z87-g45 gaming (ms-7821)
ram: 24gb ddr3 g-skill
gpu: rtx280s
psu: corsair extrem 850w
ssd:samsung
case:corsair Carbide Series™ Air 540 High Airflow ATX Cube Case
cpu cooler : corsair Hydro Series™ H100i RGB PLATINUM 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler

UPDATE: test my gpu on my room mates pc no issues,

tried is ram on my pc same issue next i will try to swap psu
