Question PC reboots while playing game or while it loads with voltage bigger than 900mV.

My desktop is i5-8600k oc to 4,5mHz, gigabyte z390, 8gb 2400mHz ram, rx 5700xt ASRock Phantom Gaming and Mars gaming 650w psu + additional pcie 2x8pin , because my psu is equipped in only on 6+2pin. if voltage is higher than 950 -1000mV PC reboot when game is about to load (only newer games) it happens in forza horizon 4, Sea of thieves and total war Three kingdom. LOL and CS GO and lower-requirement games work perfectly fine even with higher voltage and frequency, probably because with these games it dont even reach voltage higher than 800mV.

Lower power consumption (remove OC if any and turn Turbo-Boost and MCE off).
this is something a guy told me and it fixed my pc
