PC reboots while playing games without warning

My pc keeps rebooting without warning, while playing games. ive had my pc for 2 years now and last week it started rebooting randomly while playing player unkowns battlegrounds and its been rebooting in games that requires a bit more power than other games such as arma 3 and gta v (with graphical mods) today i bought escape from tarkov and it wont even go in game before it shuts down and starts up again.

things i have tried:

furmark

prime95
msi afterburner(increasing fan speed)

aida64 extreme (statistics screenshot https://gyazo.com/bc7c35a859caab7d18fe1c535043920c )

reinstalling windows 10 and both of my disk's

tried clean all fans inside my pc 2 chassis fans and the CPU fan

PSU: B500 ver.2

GTX: gainward geforce gtx 960

CPU: intel core i5-4460 3.20GHz

RAM: 2X4Gb corsair vengeance LP

dont have a spare one atm but i do suspect the power supply too. just dont know how i confirm that it is the power supply
