Question Pc refuses to boot or post

I was playing gow ragnarok yesterday with no issues, today I can’t even boot or post, i cleared cmos and removed the battery and it was still the same. The pc lights turn on but no display or keyboard and mouse lights. Vga LED is on on the motherboard. All the fans spin normally.
I have tried removing all parts and install them one by one to see if it makes any difference, it turns out that when i remove the gpu completely the keyboard and mouse lights work as usual with no problem. I tried swapping my gpu with another case it still doesn’t work neither my original gpu on the other case.
What’s wrong with my pc?
Specs:
B350 tomahawk.
Gtx 1080 .
Ryzen 5 2600.
4x4 ddr4 ram.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I tried swapping my gpu with another case it still doesn’t work neither my original gpu on the other case.
Include all parts you've used to swap over to rule out culprit hardware.
