Hello, so instead of building a new PC it was easier for me to buy a pre-built. So I bought one from NZXT using their BLD service and when it arrived the PC just doesn't get any power. I have reset the CMOS, reseated the ram the GPU and the CPU, tried different outlets with different power chords and still nothing. The only light I seem to get is the LED indicator when I plug my ethernet cable in. I was going to try to reseat the cables from the power supply to the Motherboard and the Processor but for some reason they juts won't come out, any idea where I should start to troubleshoot this? I figured I would post here while I wait to hear back from customer support

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-f
Ram:Team T-FORCE Delta RGB
SSD/HDD: Intel 660p and a Samsung 860 EVO
GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 Super
PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra 650w
OS: Windows 10

Solution
Honestly, I'd wait to talk to NZXT in your case. You have a warranty for a reason and there's a risk of voiding your warranty or at least making your life a lot harder.
