Here having the same issue. PC seems dead in the morning with no signs of power (today I discovered when I plug a usb stick in it lights up). It remains unresponsive until I take it apart and then it magically works (has happened twice so i can't attribute credit to anything I did), it's not a power button nor an atx AC cable issue. I think the problem is between PSU and MB, today I cleaned it up but the problem remained, I noticed a couple caps when touched sounded a little like aluminium foil while others were rock solid. When it decides to work it does properly (cinebench and all) which confuses me. I'll probably replace one of those but can't do both.
I have a Evga w1 which I've come to realize everyone knows it sucks
My MB is a gigabyte a320m s2h and my system is near a year old
I'll get a new CMOS battery just in case and try to borrow any spare PSU to try discarding those

Guys, it's all well and good now. A voltage drop due to our transformer exploding (a first for me) finished the PSU and got me out of my dilemma. I just replaced it with a XPG core reactor 650w and everything is like before, I was really worried about other components getting damaged but my prayers worked
