[SOLVED] Pc refusing to boot from usb after new motherboard and cpu

I installed a new cpu and motherboard in my computer, and formatted of my ssd’s. I left one out to attempt to boot. I have no problem going to and adjusting anything in BIOS, the only problem is that whenever I exit and boot, a loading icon pops up and loads for a few seconds then stops. I’m trying to boot from USB, where I have the windows installer file, and I have changed aroubd the boot settings so that the usb is the first boot priority and then the blank SSD

My build:
i7-9700k
B360-A Pro
2x 16 GB DDR4 RAM
(DIMMA2 and DIMMB2)
GTX 1050ti (soon to be 2060 super if all goes well)
500Gb SSD

What exactly did you put on the USB?
The MediaCreation tool must be run from a working system, and this creates the needed construct on the USB.

You don't want to install to a formatted drive. Delete all existing partitions on the drive. You want to start with an empty drive. Windows will create the partitions it needs during the installation.

Try updating the board's BIOS, if newer version available.
